DescriptionFive deer stand in the center of the painting in a clearing. Behind the pack are trees whose leaves have begun to turn orange with the onset of fall. To the left is a tree with green and orange leaves. The tines emanating from a single beam indicate that these deer are whitetail deer, not mule deer.
